These general and specific terms and conditions apply to all bookings made.
The customer acknowledges having read and accepts these general terms and conditions of sale as well as those of the reserved rate.
Check-in and check-out Rooms are available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival until 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
Additional charges may be added for late check-out, which is subject to room availability on the day in question.
If the customer leaves the hotel before the scheduled departure date, the total room price will be due, and no refund will be issued.
Guarantee and Payment
To guarantee your reservation, a valid credit card number will be requested, and a deposit may also be required before your arrival.
In the event of a no-show or failure to present, the establishment reserves the right to charge the provided card for the full stay.
Our invoices are payable in cash upon departure unless otherwise agreed in writing by us. In the absence of payment on the due date, a late interest of 18% per annum is due on the amount of unpaid invoices, without prior notice. Any unjustified delay automatically results in an increase of 20%, with a minimum of €75, without the need for a prior notice. Bank charges are the responsibility of the customer. In case of a dispute, the courts of the Neufchâteau district have exclusive jurisdiction.
Damages, Prohibitions
Any damage caused by customers within the hotel premises will be the responsibility of the customer.
The hotel disclaims all liability for theft, loss of property, vehicle parking, or any other incident not directly related to the establishment.
We remind you that in Belgium, smoking is strictly prohibited in public areas, rooms, and throughout the entire hotel except in designated areas. A fine may be imposed for violating this rule.
No animals are allowed on the premises.
In the event of legal proceedings, only the Neufchâteau court is competent, of whatever nature it may be, and only Belgian law is applicable.
In the event of non-compliance with any of our general terms and conditions of sale, the responsible staff and management reserve the right to ask you to leave the establishment. Access may also be denied in cases of intoxication, aggressive or inappropriate behavior, or non-compliant attire.
